Wisconsin isn’t just a state where I’m licensed to practice; it’s home.

I was born in Wisconsin, earned my graduate degree at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, and after additional training in Ohio and Colorado, we returned to Milwaukee to raise our daughters. My professional and personal life is deeply rooted here, and that lived connection continues to shape my work.

Although I now live and practice in Colorado, I am fully licensed in Wisconsin and provide secure teletherapy to adults, couples, and families throughout the state.

For more than 35 years, I’ve helped Wisconsin clients navigate:

  • relationship distress, conflict, and disconnection

  • parenting challenges and family transitions

  • anxiety, depression, burnout, and overwhelm

  • major life changes that feel disorienting or destabilizing

  • addiction, sobriety questions, and long-term recovery

  • grief, loss, and other pivotal turning points

My therapeutic style is warm, steady, and practical. I integrate psychodynamic, systems, attachment-based, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to help you understand long-standing patterns and create meaningful, lasting change.

Couples & Family Therapy for Wisconsin Residents

As an AAMFT Clinical Fellow and Approved Supervisor, I bring decades of experience in marriage and family therapy. I work with couples and families seeking clarity, reconnection, and healthier relational patterns.

My approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and systemic family therapy, thoughtfully tailored to the needs of each relationship.

Individual Therapy

I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, family stress, perfectionism, people-pleasing, recovery, and the challenge of learning to trust yourself. As someone in long-term recovery, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to the work.

How We’ll Meet

All therapy is provided via secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions for Wisconsin residents. Teletherapy allows for consistent, high-quality care from wherever you are, at home, work, or anywhere in between.

If you live in Wisconsin and are considering therapy, I would be honored to work with you.
