Offering both in-person and virtual therapy to Colorado adults, couples, and families navigating change, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Hello. I’m Polly, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado (CO-0001335), and I provide care to clients throughout the state, with in-person sessions available in Denver and secure teletherapy for Colorado residents.
Colorado Therapy Services
I work with Coloradans across a wide range of concerns, including:
Marriage & Couples Counseling
Integrative, evidence-based therapy to help partners improve communication, address recurring conflict, rebuild trust, and navigate life transitions.
Family Therapy
Support for families facing parenting challenges, blended-family dynamics, adolescent issues, and long-standing relational patterns.
Individual Therapy
Treatment for anxiety, depression, burnout, addiction recovery, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the work of learning to trust yourself.
Life Coaching
For individuals seeking clarity, direction, and personal growth beyond symptom relief. Coaching services are available statewide.
My therapeutic style is warm, steady, and practical. I integrate psychodynamic, systems, attachment-based, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, tailoring the work to your goals and pace.
Rooted in Colorado
After graduate school, my husband and I lived on Colorado’s eastern plains in Elizabeth, where I worked as a therapist at the local community mental health center while he served in the U.S. Public Health Service as a physician. That early chapter grounded my work in the realities of rural life, public service, and accessible mental health care.
Today, my connection to Colorado continues. From time spent in the Rockies to an ongoing commitment to the well-being of the communities I serve. That lived experience shapes how I show up in the therapy room: present, thoughtful, and focused on meaningful, sustainable change.
How We’ll Meet
In-person therapy in Denver or HIPAA-compliant virtual therapy for clients anywhere in Colorado.
Both options offer the same level of care, consistency, and attention.
If you’re a Colorado resident considering therapy, I would be honored to work with you.
